This is an open post to Larry Simms, Assemblymember Rosenthal, Senator Liz Krueger regarding improper process service by a legal firm. Mr. Simms and Ms. Rosenthal, I have had contact with you regarding my situation and Mr. Simms, I attended a meeting on Park and 23rd in 2006, of which you reminded me in a recent email (at an old address) announcing your forum last week. Ms. Rosenthal, I requested your help regarding a building situation in February 2009. I would like to be able to call Mr. Simms and speak about the situation, which is dire and complicated.
