Probably something like this, from the U.S. manufacturing branch of the Dutch conglomerate Draka Holding N.V. Designed specifically for fire-detection systems and signaling-line circuits and communications, the Lifeline fire-resistant electrical cables are rated to function for up to two hours during a fire — a critical window for saving lives. Made with electrical-grade, ceramified silicone rubber — in which standard rubber insulating material is hardened into an insulating glass-like structure that protects the conductors against fire and water — these cables are certified for the National Fire Protection Association's NFPA 72 standard and to Underwriters Laboratories' UL 2196 standard for tests of fire-resistive cables.
Like other modern fire-rated cables, they can be used in place of MI ("mineral insulated") cable — the standard until about 10 years ago. The various models in the line include the Lifeline brand of RHW and RHW-2 cables, a type rated to withstand temperatures of 75° Celsius (167° Fahrenheit) and 90° Celsius (194° Fahrenheit), respectively; and the Lifeline brand of CI ("circuit integrity") cable, a flexible type considered as easy to install as non-fire-rated electrical wiring, since you don't need special tools or hardware, nor special training, to handle or install it.
Your co-op or condo board's engineer can give you more details, but you'll surely impress him or her with your command of the basics. You'll be, no doubt, hot stuff ... down to the wire.
