Ridgid Model 2006 Faucet and Sink Installer

Would this tool be so useful if all it could do was work with hex nuts? Of course not! That's why it's designed to fasten and remove plastic basin nuts and supply-line nuts as well. The open slot allows easy access over existing supply lines, and there are two aluminum inserts — one for turning angle-stop handles, another for holding sink strainers (a.k.a., strainer baskets) in place while you're tightening the strainer nut.

At 10 ¼ inches long, the lightweight (¾-pound) tool can get to hard-to-reach mounting nuts on faucets, sprayers and ball cocks. Yes, yes, moving on. An additional feature, according to the company, is that "the notched ends engage 2, 3, 4, and 6 tab basin nuts," whatever those are, and you, in the back, stop giggling.
