In turn, it becomes easy for humans, especially small children, who have been known to become blind from roundworm infestations, to become ill simply by coming in contact with a contaminated dog."

Additionally, she syas, “It’s also an environmental hazard, because uncollected dog waste eventually ends up going into the ground or down sewer drains. In either case, it finds its way into the waterways and over time ends up killing wildlife."
