Co-op / Condo News: Board Prez Gone Bad, Foreclosures and One Big Lizard

New York, NY, Jan. 31, 2011 — Recent news for co-op boards and condo associations.

Anyone here live in the co-op at 242 South 2nd Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn? If so, you'll be happy to learn that it's not your current board president facing 25 years in prison for trying to steal back his former apartment. Plus: They're flying flags in West Virginia, packing heat in Arizona, and in the City of Big Shoulders, those shoulders are getting bitten by bed bugs. Hey, it's better than the five-foot monitor lizards some boards have to put up with! As for buyers and sellers, we talk terraces, doormen, online condo plans and nutty neighbors this week. Something for everyone.
