Habitat's Carol Ott Stars on "Building Talk" Podcast

Frank Gonzalez and Edin "Bo" Bojic have been resident managers in big New York City buildings for well over half a century combined. For the past year, they’ve been sharing their wealth of knowledge with a variety of guests — fellow resident managers, co-op and condo board members, property managers and other real estate professionals — on their popular weekly podcast called “Building Talk.” It’s posted on YouTube at 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and on Spotify at 5:30 a.m. on Wednesdays.
Their latest guest was none other than Carol Ott, founder and publisher of Habitat, who recently swapped quips and wisdom with Frank and Bo for more than an hour. The link to that episode is available here.
The goal of the podcast, according to Bojic, is to "raise the image of the resident manager." He adds, “This is the first podcast of its kind in New York City, and we’re getting a lot of positive feedback.”
