Better than a bare lamppost, a lighted "bollard" — a word originally meaning a post on a wharf, used to fasten mooring lines, but now also meaning posts set at intervals to mark off an area — is both functional and aesthetic. This particular model is made of weather-resistant polymers and stainless-steel hardware. It comes with long-life, white LED lights on any of one to four sides, at your specification, and you can affix the bollard to the ground using an anchor base, lag bolts or direct burial. The PathMaster works with both normal and emergency power sources, and comes in standard finishes of black, bronze or white, with custom finishes also available.
