If fines are written into House Rules, they should be adhered to. Our House Rules have fines
for them but that this is a fine for non-compliance of Co-op House Rules (and/or Proprietary Lease
I found out, because my bldg is under nyc hdfc, which is a housing program that is owned
a mountain backwards. Also, we can't afford to pay outsiders to do work (other than legal, accounting, etc
anymore) are also sent via USPS. Local merchants are banned from in-house delivery if they distribute
one, we have to allow all. Therefore, we incerted in the house rules, that the Coop Board
in our house rules prohibiting solicitation of any kind in our common areas or door-to-door. Bottom line
the rule into effect via the house rules. BK
